By downloading or using Here it is ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The Service

Here it is lets you organise physical items by creating digital boxes, attaching photos, and generating QR code labels. A free tier is available with limited features; a Pro subscription unlocks unlimited boxes and a generous monthly allowance of AI-powered photo scans.

2. Pro Subscription

• The Pro subscription is billed monthly at the price shown at the time of purchase.
• Automatic renewal: Your subscription automatically renews each month unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Cancellation: Cancel anytime through your device's subscription settings (App Store account settings on iOS; Google Play account on Android). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain Pro access until then.
• If you cancel, your data is preserved and the oldest three boxes remain fully editable under the free tier.
• Payments are processed by Apple or Google and are governed by their respective terms.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you add to the App (photos, descriptions, box titles). You grant us a limited licence to store and display that content solely to provide the service to you.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or interfere with the App or its backend services.
• Use the App to store or distribute illegal, harmful, or offensive content.

5. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or always available. AI-generated scan results are provided for convenience and may not always be accurate.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
